About the Winery
Marrelli Wines, originally founded as Azienda Agricola Le Verdi Praterie in the 1970s by Massimo Marrelli in Isola Capo Rizzuto, Crotone, began viticulture in the 1990s with both native and international varieties. Today the 15-hectare estate is certified organic, cultivating Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Greco Bianco, Mantonico Bianco, and Mascalese alongside Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, producing Calabria IGP wines and Sant'Anna di Isola Capo Rizzuto DOP.
