About the Winery

Spagnolli Spumanti is a sparkling wine cellar in Covelo di Cimone, near Trento, on the southeastern slope of Monte Bondone at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by vineyards dating back to 1978. Founded by Professor Francesco Spagnolli, former principal of the San Michele all'Adige Agricultural Institute, and continued by his son Alvise, the estate produces exclusive Trentodoc wines including Disìo, a Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir. Their calcareous clay soils with ancient marine marl give the wines a fantastic mountain character, with the wines expressing freshness, sapidity, and elegance.
