About the Winery

One of Soave Classico's oldest estates with documented viticultural roots stretching back to the 1500s, Gini is a family-owned winery in Monteforte d'Alpone run by brothers Sandro and Claudio with Matteo representing the next generation. The 35-hectare estate is certified organic and biodynamic, farming historic single vineyards including La Froscà (planted 1930) and Contrada Salvarenza with pre-phylloxera ungrafted vines averaging 90 years of age, producing mineral-driven Soave Classico, Amarone, and Recioto di Soave of remarkable precision and age-worthiness.
