Fattoria Il Piano is a family-run boutique winery and agriturismo in San Gimignano, Toscana, farming 170 hectares where century-old cantinas support the production of wines under the San Gimignano DOC and Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG classifications. The estate cultivates Sangiovese, Vernaccia, Trebbiano, Canaiolo, Merlot, and Chardonnay, hand-harvesting grapes for small-lot fermentation and patient aging in concrete tanks and selected barriques.
