About the Winery
Collina Dei Venti is an organic family winery in San Gimignano, Toscana, founded in 1967 by Emilio and now managed by the third generation Mauro and his son Lorenzo, producing wines through spontaneous fermentation from native grapes including Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG. The estate has practiced organic viticulture since 2011, viewing themselves as guardians of the extraordinary San Gimignano terroir and crafting wines that authentically express the fruit and land through minimal intervention.
