About the Winery

Collemucioli is an organic family winery in San Gimignano, Toscana, farming 15 hectares with 7 dedicated to Vernaccia grapes, producing approximately 15,000 bottles annually of Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, and IGT wines. Run by Nico Mugnaini and his family since 2008, the estate follows organic principles focused on soil fertility, biodiversity, and water conservation, vinifying their wines with traditional methods including manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation.
