About the Winery
Founded in 1960 by Giovanni Merotto and now led by his grandson Nicola, Siro Merotto is a family estate cultivating 6 hectares of Glera and ancient local varieties on the steep hillsides of Col San Martino in the heart of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG zone. With slopes reaching 45% and entirely powered by photovoltaic energy, the winery produces around 100,000 bottles including Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut, Extra Dry, and a single-parcel Rive di Col San Martino expression from one of the most prized areas of the denomination.
