Sergio Mottura is a historic winery in Civitella d'Agliano, northern Lazio, with 130 hectares in a naturally beautiful area between clay canyons and the Tiber valley. The estate is renowned for its mastery of Grechetto wines and has practiced organic farming for years, with documents from 1292 in Orvieto archives naming these hills as among the best for wine production.
