About the Winery

Schola Sarmenti is a historic winery in Nardò, in the southern part of the Salento peninsula, with roots dating back to the early 20th century. The estate produces wines from native Salento varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera, combining traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques to create wines that express the unique character of the Nardò terroir.
