About the Winery
Located in the village of Santo Stefano in the historic heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG zone, Santantoni is a small family farm managed by Luigi, Mirca, and Piero Follador, now in its third generation since 1920. The estate crafts unfiltered Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines with minimal sulphites, including the acclaimed Costa Sengelle and Cartizze expressions, from hillside vineyards worked entirely by hand in the UNESCO World Heritage landscape.
