Società Agricola Fay is a family winery established in 1973 in San Giacomo di Teglio, Valtellina, by Sandro Fay, who expanded the family's small wine production into an estate now spanning 15 hectares with his children Marco and Elena. The winery is celebrated for its range of Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) wines including Rosso di Valtellina, four single-vineyard Valtellina Superiore crus, and Sforzato, all crafted with a focus on showcasing how each vineyard's unique pedological and altimetric characteristics yield wines of distinct personality.
