Founded in 1947 by brothers Antonio and Ercole Salatin in the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, this historic family estate spans 75 hectares and is one of the region's most respected Prosecco producers. Now committed to certified organic viticulture, Salatin crafts acclaimed Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines including expressions from the prestigious Cartizze cru, with the family presence in the territory tracing back to 1528.
