Saladini Pilastri is a historic winery in Spinetoli, Ascoli Piceno, belonging to a noble family whose origins date back to the year 1000, with a viticultural tradition spanning centuries. The estate extends over 320 hectares of calcareous hills in the Spinetoli, Monteprandone, and Porto d'Ascoli areas, producing Rosso Piceno, Falerio, and Offida DOCG wines from indigenous varieties including Pecorino, Passerina, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese.
