About the Winery

Luciano Saetti Vigneto Saetti is a small artisan winery near Modena, founded in 1998 by Luciano Saetti after a career as an egg distributor. From 2.8 hectares of organically farmed old vines (planted in 1964) of Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce on deep grey clay soils, the estate produces zero-sulfur-added Lambrusco using bottle refermentation with frozen must, with hand-disgorged wines that showcase a pure, fresh expression of this indigenous variety.
