About the Winery
The Ruge brothers cultivate just 5 hectares of Glera in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the Prosecco DOCG zone, personally overseeing every step from vineyard to bottle. Their hillside-grown Prosecco Superiore DOCG wines express the character of this UNESCO World Heritage landscape at elevations of 250-350 meters, crafted with selected yeasts and careful lees aging.
