About the Winery

Ronco Blanchis is a family winery in Mossa on the sunny slopes of Colle Blanchis in the Collio, where lands once belonging to noble Austrian and Spanish families are now cultivated by Giancarlo Palla and his sons. The 12-hectare estate produces certified organic white wines including Sauvignon, Friulano, Pinot Grigio, and Chardonnay, using a reductive winemaking technique that preserves the delicate aromas and flavors of the Collio terroir.
