About the Winery

Founded in 1996 in Mezzane di Sotto by Bruno Sartori and now managed by his children Marco and Francesca, Roccolo Grassi is an acclaimed estate crafting wines of remarkable elegance and terroir expression across 17 hectares in Valpolicella and Soave. The winery produces benchmark Valpolicella Superiore, Amarone, Recioto, and Soave from densely planted Guyot-trained vines on volcanic-basaltic soils, with careful use of appassimento that preserves freshness, acidity, and balance in every bottle.
