About the Winery
Roberto Ferrari is a winemaking artisan and former master winemaker who founded Weinmanufaktur PROFIL in 2007 in Termeno/Tramin, Alto Adige, after years of experience at renowned wineries. He cultivates 4 hectares of vineyards organically, working with Chardonnay, Lagrein, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir, and Merlot to produce three wine lines: Profil cuvées, Pulsar amphora wines, and RF Selection single-varietal wines. His approximately 18,000 bottles annually are crafted with minimal intervention and natural production methods, reflecting his passion, skill, and creativity in wines that are strong in character and highly individual.
