Revi
About the Winery
Revì is a Trentodoc sparkling wine house founded in 1982 by Paolo Malfer in Aldeno, Trentino, after years of perfecting classic method production techniques. The name derives from the local toponym meaning 'King Wine,' reflecting the legendary quality of wines from this area, and today Revì produces only Trentodoc wines with a strong alpine character guided by the purity and freshness of Dosaggio Zero. Their collection spans from the Classic Line with crisp Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blends to the Heroes Line of long-aged reserves including the prestigious Re di Revì aged 100 months on the lees, all expressing the unique Dolomite terroir with its wide diurnal temperature variation.
