About the Winery

Redondel is a small family winery in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, dedicated entirely to Teroldego Rotaliano and producing approximately 21,000 bottles annually. Founded in 2001 by Paolo and Mara Zanini, the estate continues a long family tradition of winemaking that began when Paolo's grandfather produced Teroldego under the Austro-Hungarian Empire, with seven parcels of just over 3 hectares farmed organically with deep respect for the soil and vines. Paolo's wines including Dannato, Beato, Indulgente, and Assolto reflect the vintage character and terroir, each expressing a different facet of Teroldego through careful winemaking and experimentation with wood aging.
