About the Winery

Quarta Generazione is a young winery founded in 2016 in Barile, Basilicata, by Giovanna Paternoster, representing the fourth generation of a family with deep roots in Vulture winemaking. With 3 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in the Macarico area at 500 meters elevation, the estate produces around 20,000 bottles of Aglianico del Vulture DOC, blending three generations of knowledge with a fresh, modern approach.
