Gàjole is a small, artisanal winery in Matelica, Macerata, specializing in Verdicchio di Matelica DOC from select vineyards that are followed with dedication throughout the year. Founded by Nicolò Zagaglia, the estate produces wines with a minimalist cellar approach and extended aging, crafted to defy time with depth and character, reflecting the unique continental terroir of this inland valley surrounded by the mountains of the Apennine ridge.
