About the Winery

Fattoria di Rodano, owned by the Pozzesi family since the 16th century, is one of Chianti Classico's best-kept secrets, located in Castellina with over 100 hectares of vineyards. The estate crafts traditionally styled wines with Sangiovese playing a dominant role, aged in large Slavonian botti, and their former winemaker was the legendary Giulio Gambelli, consultant to Montevertine and Gianfranco Soldera.
