Pojer e Sandri is an iconic winery in Faedo, Trentino, founded in 1975 by the partnership of Fiorentino Sandri and Mario Pojer, who transformed the previously overlooked Val di Cembra into one of Italy's most innovative wine regions. From initial two hectares, the estate has grown to 35 hectares of vineyards at altitudes of at least 450 meters, producing acclaimed wines from Mueller-Thurgau, Nosiola, Riesling, Pinot Nero, and PIWI varieties, alongside grappa, fruit spirits, and the region's first natural vinegar, all crafted with pioneering sustainable techniques.
