About the Winery
Poderi Salvarolo is a modern winery founded in 1990 by Mario Passador and his sons Franco and Luigi in Pramaggiore, in the Lison-Pramaggiore DOC zone between Venice and Friuli. The estate cultivates approximately 30-50 hectares of vineyards, producing wines from Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Tocai Friulano, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Merlot, and Refosco that express the ancient winemaking tradition of these fertile alluvial plains.
