Piovene Porto Godi Alessandro is a historic winery in Toara di Villaga, in the Colli Berici near Vicenza, where the Piovene Porto Godi family has cultivated vineyards since the 16th century across a 220-hectare estate with 28 hectares of vines. The winery produces organically farmed wines from native varieties including Tai Rosso (exclusive to the area), Cabernet Franc, and Garganega, with its flagship Tai Rosso Thovara expressing the complexity and character of the Berici Hills' clay-limestone soils.
