About the Winery

Azienda Agricola Pietro Torti is a four-generation family winery in Castelrotto, Oltrepò Pavese, dedicated to natural winemaking and the production of Metodo Classico sparkling wines, still reds, and innovative kombucha. The estate vinifies Pinot Nero, Barbera, Croatina and other local varieties with minimal intervention, offering wines that range from fresh young styles to aged Riserve that speak authentically of the Oltrepò terroir.
