About the Winery

Pietro Misani is a sixth-generation family winery rooted in Valtellina and Val Poschiavo, with its headquarters in Brusio, Switzerland, carrying forward a history linked to tobacco processing and trading that evolved into viticulture as the family's main activity. Today the estate produces wines from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes grown in the steep alpine vineyards of Valtellina, along with grappa distilled in their own distillery.
