About the Winery
Piero Mancini's Cantina delle Vigne is a historic winery in Olbia, in the Gallura region of northeastern Sardegna, founded over 50 years ago by Piero Mancini, a pioneer who believed in the potential of Vermentino in Gallura's granitic terroir. The estate produces acclaimed Vermentino di Gallura DOCG wines including their signature Etichetta Nera (Black Label), as well as Cannonau, and has played a pivotal role in establishing Vermentino di Gallura as one of Italy's most respected white wine denominations.
