About the Winery

Founded in 1861 and now in its seventh generation under the stewardship of Daniel, Hannes, and Marion Pfitscher, this family estate in Montan above Auer cultivates approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at altitudes ranging from 300 to 900 meters. As the first Italian winery to receive the KlimaHaus Wine certification, Pfitscher is renowned for clean, autochthonous wines including an acclaimed Pinot Nero and expressive Sauvignon, crafted through detail-oriented work on steep alpine slopes with a deep commitment to sustainability.
