Perlage Winery is an organic Prosecco producer in Farra di Soligo, in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG zone, crafting sparkling wines from Glera grapes grown using biodynamic principles. The estate produces a range of Prosecco styles, from classic brut to extra dry, with a focus on sustainability, organic certification, and expressing the unique terroir of the UNESCO World Heritage hills.
