Pedrotti Spumanti is an iconic family-run sparkling wine house in Nomi, Trentino, first appearing in agricultural records in 1901 and renowned for its Trentodoc Metodo Classico wines. The estate produces a range of sparkling wines including the prestigious Riserva Emanuele, made from 100% Chardonnay with 150 months of lees aging as a tribute to the founder, alongside guided tastings at their Spumante Cave in Nomi.
