About the Winery
Pat del Colmel is a historic family estate in Castelcucco, in the Asolo Prosecco DOCG Superiore hills, where the Forner family (nicknamed 'Pat') has made wine since 1875, now in its fifth generation with Gabriella, Lino, and Matteo. The estate cultivates 17 hectares across the Asolo hills and is renowned for recovering ancient native varieties including Recantina and Rabbiosa, producing approximately 100,000 bottles annually of Prosecco, indigenous whites, and the flagship Recantina red.
