About the Winery

Pasini San Giovanni is an organic family winery in Raffa di Puegnago del Garda, Lombardia, producing Valtènesi and Lugana wines along with extra virgin olive oil since 1958. Now in its third generation, the estate crafts wines from indigenous grape varieties using organic viticulture, with a particular focus on innovative rosé wines including their signature 'Il vino di una notte®'.
