Paolo Scavino is a historic Barolo estate in Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont, founded in 1921 and now in its fourth generation, crafting wines from prime vineyards across the most prestigious crus of Barolo. The estate produces Barolo DOCG from single vineyards including Bric del Fiasc, Cannubi, and Monvigliero, along with Dolcetto, Barbera, and Moscato, combining traditional methods with modern precision to create wines of elegance, structure, and exceptional aging potential.
