About the Winery

Cantina Paltrinieri has been producing Lambrusco in Sorbara, north of Modena, since 1926, now in its fourth generation under Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri. The estate specializes in the challenging Lambrusco di Sorbara grape on sandy soils between the Secchia and Panaro rivers, producing elegant, dry, and mineral-driven sparkling wines using bottle fermentation methods.
