Palazzo Montanari is a family-run winery set in a 14th-century Venetian villa with a dovecote tower on the Bure hill in Valpolicella Classica, where Massimo Nicolis and his family produce Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto. The estate features seven luxury accommodations, restored Renaissance frescoes, and a 'brolo' vineyard amphitheater on dry-stone terraces, offering wine tastings and stays that combine art, history, and hospitality.
