Palamà is a historic family winery in Cutrofiano, in the heart of the Salento peninsula, crafting wines from native varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, and Malvasia Nera. The estate combines generations of winemaking tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that express the unique terroir of southern Salento, where the Mediterranean climate and clay-limestone soils create ideal conditions for full-bodied, characterful wines.
