About the Winery
La Lastra is an organic family estate founded in 1994, cultivating 16 hectares of vineyards split equally between San Gimignano and Siena, producing approximately 70,000 bottles annually. The winery specializes in Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG from the San Gimignano hillsides on clay-limestone and marine sediment soils, alongside Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG from Sangiovese grown near Siena, with all vineyards certified organic since 2000.
