About the Winery

Morisfarms is a historic family-owned winery in the Tuscan Maremma, operating two estates—the Poggetti property near Massa Marittima and Poggio La Mozza in Scansano—with a combined 71 hectares of vineyards. Founded by the Moris family, who arrived from Spain in the 18th century, the estate is renowned for its pioneering Avvoltore Super Tuscan and produces Morellino di Scansano DOCG, Monteregio DOC, Vermentino, and Ansonica wines.
