Poggio Argentiera

About the Winery

Poggio Argentiera is a Maremma winery founded in 1997 with the purchase of the historic Adua farm, now encompassing over 21 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in the Morellino di Scansano appellation. The estate's two vineyard sites—Adua near the Maremma Natural Park with sandy-loamy soils, and Baccinello on higher hillsides with stony soils—produce fresh, terroir-driven red wines led by Sangiovese and Vermentino influenced by the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea.
