About the Winery

Querciabella is a pioneering estate in Greve in Chianti, founded in 1974 by Giuseppe Castiglioni, producing Chianti Classico DOCG, the iconic Super Tuscan Camartina, and the white Batàr from 74 hectares of organic vineyards. Under Mita Castiglioni since 2024, the estate has been certified organic since 1988 and practices plant-based biodynamics since 2000, making all wines vegan and earning the 2025 DoctorWine Cantina dell'Anno award.
