Signano is a historic winery in San Gimignano, Tuscany, founded in 1961 by Ascanio Biagini, producing Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, Chianti, and other Tuscan wines from 25 hectares of vineyards. Now run by Manrico Biagini, the estate combines over 50 years of tradition with modern technology, focusing on low yields and careful vinification to create wines that express the San Gimignano terroir.
