Canalicchio Di Sopra is a historic family winery in Montalcino, Tuscany, founded by Primo Pacenti in 1962 and now in its third generation, producing Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from vineyards in the prestigious Canalicchio and Montosoli crus. One of the twelve founding members of the Consorzio del Brunello di Montalcino in 1967, the estate crafts wines of exceptional elegance and complexity from 22 hectares of Sangiovese vineyards on the northern side of the Montalcino hill.
