Podere LE Ripi is a biodynamic winery in Montalcino, Tuscany, founded by Francesco Illy of the renowned coffee family in 1997, producing Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Rosso di Montalcino, and unique wines from the world's densest Bonsai vineyard with 62,500 vines per hectare. The estate spans 53 hectares of forests, vineyards, and olive groves, and is Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2012, known for its distinctive Golden Cellar designed using the golden ratio and gravity-driven winemaking.
