Cappellasantandrea is a boutique winery in San Gimignano, Tuscany, run by Flavia and Francesco, producing organic Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG wines with a focus on native yeast fermentation and traditional methods. The estate is highly regarded for its natural winemaking approach, including Vernaccia aged in terracotta amphora, creating some of the finest white wines in the San Gimignano area from vineyards rich with marine fossils.
