LE Macchiole is a pioneering estate in Bolgheri, Tuscany, founded in 1983 by Eugenio Campolmi and Cinzia Merli, known for producing exceptional Bordeaux-style red blends and single-varietal wines from Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Syrah. The winery helped establish Bolgheri as one of Italy's premier wine regions, crafting wines of great concentration and elegance from vineyards influenced by the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea.
