About the Winery

Fattoria dei Barbi is a historic estate in Montalcino owned by the Cinelli Colombini family since 1790, with land holdings in Montalcino since 1352 and Brunello production since 1892. The 325-hectare estate, managed by Stefano Cinelli Colombini, produces Brunello di Montalcino, Morellino di Scansano (from the Aquilaia dei Barbi estate), Chianti, and Vin Santo from 350 hectares across three Tuscan territories, and was the first Italian winery to export to Europe, America, and Asia.
