About the Winery

Olianas is a pioneering organic and biodynamic winery founded in 2000 in Gergei, in the Sarcidano region of central Sardegna, by Tuscan oenologist Stefano Casadei and the Olianas family, and is the only winery in Sardinia certified Demeter. The estate's 30 hectares are devoted entirely to native Sardinian varieties including Cannonau, Vermentino, Bovale, Semidano, Nasco, and Malvasia, with winemaking conducted in terracotta amphorae that enhance the distinctive features of each terroir, variety, and vintage under their proprietary BioIntegrale philosophy.
