Oleck Bondonio is a dynamic, sought-after winery in Barbaresco, Piedmont, run by former professional snowboarder Olek Bondonio from his family's 200-year-old farmhouse 'La Berchialla' in the prestigious Roncagliette cru. The estate farms seven hectares organically and biodynamically across top sites including Roncagliette, Starderi, and Altavilla, producing intensely pure, old-school Barbaresco DOCG and other wines with minimal intervention, cement-tank fermentations, and aging in large botti.
